Arrival and departure times can be arranged based on availability.

  • minimum stay: 2 nights
  • huisdieren: niet toegelaten in de woning, hondenopvang op 1000 m
  • smoking: not allowed in the entire house
  • no parties, drinking binges, bachelor parties, or other wild parties allowed
  • after 10:00 PM: no noise disturbance out of respect for our neighbors

rental and booking terms

prices include

  • made beds upon arrival
  • final cleaning: but we ask you to leave the house tidy and swept clean
  • normal use of water, heating, and electricity
  • wifi
  • kitchen linen, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets
  • starter pack: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, nespresso coffee pods, spices, olive oil, storage wrap, bags, hand soap
  • use of the washing machine and dryer (for stays of 4 nights or more)
  • charging of electric bikes
  • vat

prices exclude

  • deposit: €400
  • charging of electric cars
  • bath linen optional to reserve: € 5 / set

(1 large bath towel + 1 small hand towel)

cancellation policy

  • cancellation up to 3 months before the start of your stay:
    no charges
  • cancellation up to 14 days before the start of your stay:
    50% of the rental amount
  • cancellation from the 14th day before the start of your stay:
    100% of the rental amount
